Public Transport System 
Milan has a very easy accessible underground train service, the yellow line, nr 3. The other 2 lines, the red and the green one are not accessible but the last one it's fully accessible for people in a wheel chair.
This line runs from the central railways station to San Donato. And there are 6 or 7 accessible stations in the down town area:

The accessible wagoon is the first one and there is space for one wheelchair each train. All the stations have lifts.

The public transport system includes now coaches with ramp, not all the lines are equipped with these new coaches but the service is increasing.
