AccessiblEurope.com is not a company but an amateur site whose goal is to promote the tourism consulting activity specialized in accessible tourism addressed to people with reduced mobility.

The website offers informative contents related to tourist topics.
The site does not have its own IT tools to collect information about who surfs the site but some data are implicitly collected with the use of Internet communication protocols and others are collected by third-party cookies linked to Google AdSense that generates advertisements that appear on the site
This category of data includes: the IP addresses, the type of browser used, the operating system, the domain name and the addresses of websites from which it was accessed, information on pages visited by users within of the site, the access time, the stay on the single page, the internal path analysis and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

Processing methods, data retention and how long we store customer data
Personal data (usually name / surname, email, the need for accessible tourist services, …) are used exclusively for the time necessary to implement the user’s request for advice.
The emails received remain on the servers of the email services used (YahooMail & GMail) indefinitely.

How we protect customer data
